CHAIRS FOR SALE

This chair dates from around 1880.  It still has the original finish.  I reglued the joints and recaned the seat.  The large oval seat had close holes making a fine weave.

I have a set of 2 of these chairs.  They could date as early as 1840, but probably were make in the late 1800's.  The still have the original black paint with a light stenciling.  The gold line highlighting may have been added later.  I reglued the joints recaned the seats.
